The Crop Marketing Lead is responsible for identifying and implementing of Crop Based Tailored Solutions (Crop Protection, Biologics and Digital Solutions) and consolidates the Country and Country Group (Romania, Moldova and Bulgaria) Campaign Plans for Horticulture crops in close collaboration with Crop Agronomy Leads, Field Marketing, Digital Business Lead, Sales team members & Commercial Operation team members.

// PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years of Crop Protection Sales and/or Crop Protection Marketing experience

• High knowledge, of sales and marketing experience in Biologics (bio control, bio stimulators and bio fertilizers)

// EDUCATION:

• Horticulture or Agronomy engineer and/or Marketing studies in agriculture domain

// PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Engineer degree in Horticulture and/or Agronomy.

• University Marketer degree, preferably related to agriculture

// OTHERS (foreign languages, computer skills):

• English language proficiency

• Strategic mindset

• Managing complexity abilities

// Secure fitness and positioning of portfolio of CP & BLX via Life Cycle Management and develop Value Proposition in collaboration with: Crop Agronomy Leeds, Field Solution Integrator, Regulatory Science team, Customer Facing Squads and Regional and Global Portfolio Leads

// Identify, prioritize and develop tailored solutions, product innovation, co-packaging, channel differentiation, post patent defense, new business models for Horticulture crops across the Country Group.

// Consolidates Country & Country Group Campaign Plans, leading cross functional team’s (communities)/crops) and translates them into articulated 360* crop-based marketing campaigns

// Ensures 90 days retrospective and clear mid-term vision for the managed crops (surface, technology, competition, and resources to perform) at Country & Country Group level

// Develop needed technical and marketing content for all communication and advertising support, in collaboration with Commercial Operations Support Squad

// Collaborate with Field Marketing Lead’s and Commercial Operations Support Squad for implementation of marketing campaigns for Horticulture crops

// Consolidates Country & Country Group portfolio objectives (Crop Protection & Biologics) for Horticulture crops

// Responsible for Portfolio price health for Horticulture Crops

// Manage existing 3rd party supply agreements (for Horticulture Crops) through regular contact with suppliers in collaboration with Mission teams
