CRM Executive (iGaming/Gambling Industry)
📍 Location: Bucharest onsite | 🌐 Industry: Online Gambling / iGaming

We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our growing team in the online gambling industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer engagement, data-driven marketing, and lifecycle communication, with hands-on experience in multi-channel CRM campaigns.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage CRM templates across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging
  • Build and configure target groups based on customer segmentation, player behavior, and lifecycle stages
  • Ensure customer data is accurately maintained and leveraged for effective segmentation and targeting
  • Set up, launch, and monitor CRM campaigns (both one-off and automated journeys)
  • Plan, execute, and report on CRM campaigns (weekly and monthly), ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM strategy aligns with overall business objectives
  • Create and manage tasks for the design and content teams, providing clear and structured briefs for banners and copy
  • Test and validate campaigns prior to launch (content, targeting, logic, and delivery flow)
  • Monitor campaign performance and support ongoing optimization efforts
  • Propose creative ideas and initiatives to improve campaign performance and customer engagement

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a CRM Executive or similar role
  • Previous experience in the gambling/iGaming industry is a strong advantage
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing CRM templates across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, in-app)
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Optimove, Smartico, FastTrack, or similar tools
  • Experience in creating, structuring, and managing CRM-related tasks (design/content briefs, tracking progress, deadlines)
  • Solid understanding of customer segmentation logic and lifecycle marketing principles
