DKV Mobility Romania is looking for a Credit Risk & Collections Specialist (internal title: Risk Manager) who will take full ownership of managing the Telesales customer portfolio - from credit assessment and risk monitoring to proactive debt collection and collaboration with internal teams and the wider DKV Group.
The role combines financial analysis with direct client interaction and clearly defined operational processes, in an environment that emphasizes accuracy, structured workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Assess customer creditworthiness and continuously monitor the portfolio to anticipate risks before they become issues
• Manage phone-based debt collection activities and build tailored payment plans for each case 
• Organize weekly collection meetings, analyze financial exposure, and propose concrete measures
• Collaborate directly with Customer Service, Credit Management, and DKV Group departments
• Identify process improvement opportunities and organize internal training sessions to enhance collection performance
• Work with specific tools: MS Dynamics, Genesys, CAM, and the ROMLI process

What makes you stand out

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (credit, risk, collections)
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into decisions
• Clear, direct, solution-oriented communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• English - intermediate level; MS Office - advanced level
