For the Seed Supply Europe organization, and in line with Monsanto accounting principles, provide the economic & financial data to support the operational team and management in their decisions, and guarantee a continuous evaluation & accuracy allowing good cost management.

// Allocates grower invoices (advance, spraying, cultivation, planting, male removal, detasseling, harvesting and final payment) on purchase order.

// Creates purchase order for Toller processing services based on processing stage.

// Creates Service Entry Sheets for grower payment, and mechanical works invoices.

// Keeps tracking for long term debts resulted from different projects as Buy Sell, Irrigation systems, Irrigation infrastructure refurbishment.

// Provides support to cost center leads for expenses budgeting.

// Actively involved in audits.

// Prepares services accruals, POs, financial data for write-offs, ad-hoc reports, etc.

// Material costs update in SAP for new material entries.

// Support for Poland entity related financial statement audit and other financial reconciliation (Profit in inventory reconciliation, year-end BS GL reconciliation, etc.).

// Drafting of grower contracts, and their life cycle management; drafting of row wet transportation, and weighing contracts; drafting of irrigation management contracts.

// Purchase requestor for different other services.
