What will you do?
Review and oversee solo and consolidated monthly/quarterly reporting packages and perform a review and analysis of their results
Work with the audit team during the quarterly reviews and annual audits
Provide professional guidance and assistance for the bookkeeping staff, including bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations, general journals, and other day-to-day finance operations tasks.
Assist in various financial areas such as budget control and forecasts, cash flow, billing, and AP.
Supporting the formulation and implementation of control systems within the organization
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary
Involvement in cross-company initiatives and process improvement changes
What are we looking for?
CPA with at least 2 years of post-internship experience
Well-grounded knowledge and comprehensive understanding of financial accounting
Fluent in both spoken and written English – a must
Interpersonal and communication skills effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills
Team player, result-driven, willing to make an impact, highly committed
Strong Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Self-taught, able to lead processes and to work independently
High attention to details
