Job description: Contract Support Executive

We are looking for a Contract Support Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment, where you will play a crucial role in the management and monitoring of our contracts.

Main responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain supplier contracts in company database systems, including updates, amendments, and cost calculations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with processes, self-checking work to achieve a zero-error rate and meeting SLA turnaround times.
• Raise and resolve queries by liaising with Contract Managers, suppliers, and other departments via phone or email in a professional manner.
• Support supplier partners and internal teams with contract-related requests, questions, and reporting needs.
• Provide feedback on workflow issues, follow departmental procedures, and attend training or presentations as required.
• Achieve performance targets, complete allocated tasks, and offer general support to colleagues and other departments when needed.
