We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail to manage the full contract lifecycle, from signing to completion. This role involves overseeing supplier performance, monitoring financial aspects, and ensuring contractual compliance, while actively contributing to process optimization and profitability growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the operational strategy and contract life cycle from the signing phase to the end of the contract term.
  • Collaboratively collaborate and monitor supplier performance to ensure service quality.
  • Understands and analyzes through direct involvement financial aspects: orders, revenues, costs, gross margin, profit & loss handling, forecast reports, account reconciliation, and accrual/deferral.
  • Audits the fulfillment of contractual compliance rules.
  • Makes recommendations for managing financial matters efficiently, profitably, and compliantly based on generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Investigate, control, and monitor the accuracy and completeness of documents required by the business.
  • Carry out permanent risk monitoring, considering the financial plan, the operational plan for contractual continuity, and quality controls.
  • Propose continuous development initiatives to increase the operational efficiency of the processes used.


Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Advanced English skills;
  • German language skills (minimum B2);
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
