Job Description:

Collects timely production data required for copper and masterbatch overconsumption calculation, verifies data reliability, calculates overconsumption rates according to predefined rules. Analyses results and undertakes a root causes analysis in case of discrepancy and proposes accordingly improvement action plan to adjust tools, parameters and methods to close the gap;
Reviews overall industrial performance results focused on production and quality performance (TRO, Scrap Rate, Running Time, etc.), analyzes industrial non-performance root causes in cooperation with quality and production departments and contributes to the development of improvement action plans (Problem solving)
Updates of product technical specification documents, work instructions, visual aids, PFMEA and other relevant technical documents;
Verifies and calibrates the process parameters and takes appropriate action accordingly. Contributes to the validation of new equipment or its upgrades;
Oversees the preparation, control, regulation and monitoring of the emulsion and treated water;
Develops the technical specifications of production equipment and consumables, makes the reception and defines the needs of tools; Implements corrective and preventive action plans to prevent losses and costs;
Prepares, communicates and reviews Industrial performance KPI's and proposes accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Department and the Company's objectives;

Specification:
Educational background - Engineering degree in technical field;
Good knowledge of quality standards and system regulations;
Process improvement techniques;
Analytical and problem solving skills;
Minimum 2 years in a similar position;
English is a must;
Experience and knowledges in Kaizen, Lean , Six Sigma - is a plus
