  • Workshop Facilitation: Organize and lead cross-functional workshops and problem-solving sessions to address operational bottlenecks.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Coordinate regular knowledge-transfer sessions between sites to ensure that successful local improvements are scaled regionally.
  • Benefits Realization & Reporting: Track, validate, and report on the financial and operational impact of CI projects to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Quality, EHS, and Finance teams to ensure improvements align with safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical), Operations Management, or Business Administration.
  • Extensive Industry Experience: At least 5 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of leading CI, Lean, or Six Sigma initiatives in a multi-site or global environment.
  • Advanced CI Methodology Expertise: Deep knowledge and practical application of Lean and Six Sigma tools such as DMAIC, Kaizen, VSM, 5S, and SMED.
  • Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority, often within a complex matrix organization.
  • Mobility & Language Skills: Flexibility for significant travel (often up to 50%) across European sites and fluency in English plus at least one other relevant European language (German language).

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package and attractive benefits
