As of today we deliver the following GSS services: Finance & Accounting and People Shared Services. Further services delivered from our center include Program Execution Services and EY Knowledge. Currently the center is seeking candidates for the position: Content Senior Analyst IT Services Global Operations is utilizing ServiceNow Knowledge base as our tool to capture and maintain IT Support knowledge for support. The Service Knowledge Management team in the Enterprise Service Management is responsible for the knowledge process, reporting and managing the tool from a business perspective for IT Services. We are looking for an addition to our virtual team to analyze and track business requirements for the knowledge tool from the process design and the needs of the support organization. You help the ESM Reporting team to enhance our reporting capabilities further, deliver ad hoc operational reports and advice on reporting needs Finally you support the release management with documenting and testing. There is a need to develop standard knowledge templates using html. As a knowledge senior analysis you work closely with the support teams, the content management team as well as with the product owner and development teams for ServiceNow to resolve tool issues and work on the improvement of functionality.
