We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily on‑site coordination, ensuring construction progress supports equipment installation activities. This role requires strong English communication skills, continuous presence on the Ploiesti site, and proactive collaboration with contractors and the civil team to resolve day‑to‑day challenges and maintain safe, efficient site operations.

Job Description

• Responsible for managing and coordinating multidisciplinary process contractors, with a strong focus on mechanical disciplines.

• Ensures smooth collaboration across technical teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and timely project execution

• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

• Collect information from process contractors regarding installation needs such as platforms, equipment, workforce, site access, site organization, and utilities while coordinating with the civil team.

• Confirm and validate construction progress requirements needed to enable equipment installation.

• Plan specific activities, preferably using MS Project.

• Act proactively, stay energetic, seek solutions, and obtain answers to daily site challenges.

• Apply HSE knowledge and procedures relevant to construction sites.

• Travel daily to the Ploiesti site and remain available for future project travel if required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

• Experience collecting and coordinating contractor information for installation works.

• Ability to confirm construction progress aligned with installation needs.

• Good planning capabilities, preferably in MS Project.

• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong energy and initiative.

• Solid understanding of HSE procedures applicable to construction sites.

• Willingness to commute daily to Ploiesti and travel to other locations of future projects.

• Three to five years of relevant experience.
