We are looking for an ambitious Compliance Officer (Consilier Juridic) for one of our clients, a company from the iGaming industry.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of legal experience;
• Previous experience as a Compliance Officer in thе Gaming/Gambling industry would be considered a plus;
• Advanced English skills (spoken and written);
• Bachelor's degree in Law;
• Proficient user in Excel, MS Word and Outlook;
• Responsible, correct and communicative;
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, able to learn and to quickly acquire new knowledge.

Responsibilitiеs and Dutiеs:

• Stay informed about, monitor, and assess developments in the business's regulatory landscape, identifying areas in need of enhancement and recognizing vulnerabilities in the company.
• Assist in local compliance assessments and reports and effectively present them to senior management within the company.
• Prepare the licensing or authorization files for submission to the authority and ensure they are sent on time.
• Remain vigilant about any potentially adverse changes or amendments to legislation as they arise.
• Read and interpret new national legal regulations applicable to the company's operations.
• Participate in Due Diligence reviews.
• Provide support during regulatory, audit, and similar inspections.
• Guarantee compliance with and the implementation of policies and procedures related to Responsible Gaming Programs.
• Collaboration to carry out the process of obtaining and maintaining the necessary licenses and accreditations for the legal operation of gambling activities.
• Collaboration in the integration process of new providers/new games
• Review of NDAs and contracts
