Job title: Compliance Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking a Compliance Manager to lead, implement, and coordinate the internal compliance framework across our business. This role focuses on policies, internal standards, operational compliance, and ethical practices.
The role partners closely with operations, quality, marketing, supply chain, and management teams to ensure consistent and effective compliance practices across all group entities.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Framework
· Develop, implement, and maintain the compliance program (policies, procedures, controls)
· Ensure consistent application of internal processes’ standards (onboarding, risk assessment, documentation, approvals)
· Maintains the compliance risk register and the annual monitoring plan
· Administers reporting and investigations channels (speak-up/whistleblowing, triage, follow-up)
· Performs controls testing/sampling
· Prepares monthly/quarterly management reporting (KPIs, status, actions)
· Partners with internal departments on implementation and remediation actions
· Supports external audits/reviews
Training & Culture
· Develop and deliver internal compliance training and awareness programs
· Promote ethical behavior, accountability, and best practices across teams
· Act as a point of contact for internal compliance questions and guidance
Requirements
Experience & Background
· 5+ years’ experience in compliance, quality, or operational governance roles
· Experience in pharmaor consumer health preferred
· Hands-on experience in designing or managing internal compliance frameworks
