As the organization continues to grow and strengthen its internal capabilities, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator to support the development and administration of compensation and benefits processes across the Group. This role reports directly to the Group HR Director.

This is a role with both operational depth and meaningful organizational impact, covering Compensation & Benefits, HR budgeting and reporting, performance management, salary transparency, employee engagement, well-being projects, and social dialogue processes. It is a strong fit for a detail-oriented and analytical HR professional who is comfortable working with data, policies, internal stakeholders, and compliance-related topics.

Beyond technical competence and relevant previous experience, we are looking for someone who brings professional courage, ownership, and initiative, a person willing to step in, challenge constructively, take responsibility, and move projects forward with maturity and sound judgment.

Just as importantly, the right candidate will demonstrate integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive information such as compensation data, salary structures, and internal people-related decisions. We are also looking for someone with emotional and professional maturity, who can remain balanced, objective, and thoughtful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update job architecture, salary grids, salary bands, organizational structures, and compensation elements
  • Collect, centralize, and analyze internal and external salary data, support compensation benchmarking exercises
  • Manage the benefits portfolio and operational relationships with benefits providers
  • Prepare, monitor, and adjust the C&B budget
  • Calculate monthly bonuses, incentives, and allowances
  • Coordinate performance management processes from an operational and methodological perspective
  • Manage the implementation and rollout of pay transparency within the organization, including documenting remuneration criteria and supporting internal alignment with the applicable legal framework
  • Oversee the area related to the disability fund and associated compliance, including tracking legal obligations and supporting related documentation and reporting
  • Support social dialogue processes and the relationship with employee representatives, including preparation of materials used for information and consultation processes
  • Manage employee well-being, satisfaction, and engagement surveys, including analysis and recommendations
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc HR reports on compensation, benefits, labor costs, performance, and engagement indicators

Selection Criteria

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • University degree required
  • Good command of English
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large data sets
  • Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Relevant training/coursework in pay transparency / social dialogue is considered a strong advantage
  • Ability to work with accuracy, structure, and discretion in a role involving sensitive employee and compensation data
