Providing information and HR documents to employees who request them, regarding Compensation and Benefits, according to internal procedures and legislation;
Participating in the development of the company's competitive compensation and benefits policy;
Preparing the data for participation in the salary market study and prepare the results to support decision making;
Reporting and analyzing on compensation and benefits;
Rhythmic updating of the SAP human resources program - benefits module;
Developing competitive compensation and benefit policy aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
University degree in Economics, Social Sciences or similar;
At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role in a multinational environment;
Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management;
Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems;
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits;
Excellent analytical skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
