In this role, you will manage and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services - including&nbsp;SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams, and Power Platform -&nbsp;to ensure seamless collaboration across the organization. You will work on global projects, provide expert consulting, and drive automation initiatives to continuously improve service delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate and Support&nbsp;global collaboration services: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).</li><li>Participate in Global Projects&nbsp;focused on service improvements and modernization.</li><li>Consult and Advise&nbsp;internal customers on best practices, governance, and adoption strategies for collaboration tools.</li><li>Coordinate Activities&nbsp;with external providers and partners for operational tasks and problem resolution.</li><li>Drive Continuous Improvement&nbsp;through automation, process optimization, and proactive monitoring.</li><li>Ensure Compliance and Security&nbsp;by applying organizational policies and Microsoft 365 governance standards.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Education & Experience</li><li><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum&nbsp;3+ years of experience&nbsp;in IT support or a similar role.</li><li>Proven experience administering and supporting&nbsp;Microsoft Office 365, specifically&nbsp;Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS Teams&nbsp;(Priority 1).</li><li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;Microsoft 365 collaboration tools&nbsp;(SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).</li><li>Advanced experience with&nbsp;PowerShell scripting&nbsp;and automation (Priority 1).</li><li>Familiarity with&nbsp;Client & Server Operating Systems&nbsp;and&nbsp;network fundamentals.</li><li>Experience with&nbsp;IT monitoring tools&nbsp;(e.g., Splunk, Icinga).</li><li>Skilled in generating and analyzing reports using&nbsp;PowerShell, Excel, and Power BI.</li><li>Experience managing&nbsp;external service providers.</li><li>Knowledge of&nbsp;ITIL processes, particularly&nbsp;Incident and Change Management.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and optimize collaboration platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security within Microsoft 365.</li></ul></li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Soft Skills</li><li><ul><li>Proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong&nbsp;coordination, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to&nbsp;creatively solve problems&nbsp;while maintaining timely and cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Highly motivated to work in a&nbsp;challenging, global, multicultural team.</li><li>Eager to learn&nbsp;new tools and technologies.</li><li>Fluent in&nbsp;English (spoken and written).</li></ul></li></ul>
