Archive360, a globally recognized Microsoft Azure ISV, is expanding again.
We are looking for talented people to interface with our customers to provide support for our award wining Microsoft Cloud products.

This is not a developer position, however if you are an experienced QA tester or worked directly with customers to deploy products, we want to hear from you.
- Daily work hours are from 3PM Romanian Time Zone
- Using a support ticketing system
- 1+ years of current experience in technical consulting, support or QA
- Hands on experience with Windows Server based products (troubleshooting, scripting powershell, SQL, etc)
- Ability to stop, listen and collaborate with technical and non-technical customers from IT administrators to director level stakeholders
- Fast learner
- Very personable with fantastic communication skills
- English speaking and writing essential
