The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for driving maximum adoption and subscription utilization across their customer base, and identification of expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.
With the goal of client retention/subscription renewal, work with a high volume of subscription customers to execute a structured communication plan aimed to facilitate and motivate the installation and utilization of the MySQL Enterprise solutions. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our customers and the other branches of our Sales Organization. Identify high risk for renewal and expansion/up-sell
Responsibilities and tasks are defined in a highly structured program which will be applied to all customers in an assigned territory. Additionally, this role requires the ability to identify when deviations and escalations from the program are required to maintain the highest level of satisfaction from strategic clients. Key to this role is being able to articulate the value and thereby ensure the deployment of the tools And features included in the MySQL Enterprise
Customer renewals are achieved by driving high adoption through initiatives designed to add business value, dissemination of best practices, fulfilling a trusted advisor role, knowledge of product capabilities and engaging sales and consulting resources as necessary.
He/she will also work closely with the account managers to help drive renewals to a successful completion. He/she will serve as an escalation point for issues that impacts the customer’s success. He/she will be required to maintain strong working relationships with the other business functions supporting MySQL including Sales, Services, and Product Marketing
