As a Client Services Associate (Financial Services), you will act as the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate account-related inquiries, treasury services, and transfer agency processes. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive accurate information, timely support, and effective solutions.

Work Environment

• 100% onsite role (Work from office)
• Working schedule is 11.00 am - 20.00 pm

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to transfer agency and treasury services
• Provide professional and personalized support via phone
• Assist clients with account maintenance, transactions, account transfers, and shareholder requests
• Support clients in using online banking and treasury management platforms
• Guide customers through required documentation and account-related processes
• Investigate and resolve client concerns, discrepancies, and transaction-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
• Educate clients on processes, procedures, and available services

What We're Looking For

• English Language skills (B2 CEF) are a MUST
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in economic studies)
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, treasury management, or investment operations is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Team-oriented attitude and strong collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word

Nice to Have

• Experience in brokerage operations, investment banking, capital markets, accounting, finance, or economics
• Knowledge of transfer agency or treasury services processes
• Experience working with financial platforms and digital tools
