Your responsibilities:You will play a key role in ensuring that policyholders of a German insurance company receive competent, reliable, and transparent support with their applications and benefits.This includes the following tasks:• Application and contract management: You will be responsible for the comprehensive processing of application and contract procedures in pet health insurance. You will independently review contract-related inquiries such as contract changes, extensions, and cancellations.• Benefit processing: You will independently process benefit claims in pet health insurance. This includes reviewing and processing reimbursement claims and paying out these benefits.Your profile:• You have a degree in veterinary technology• And you have several years of experience working in a veterinary practice• Alternatively, you have a sound commercial education and relevant practical experience in the veterinary field• You have very good written and spoken German skills (B2/C1)• You are reliable, able to work independently, and have a strong customer focus
