- Experience in Insurance, Travel or Medical industry.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
- Provides answers to customers’ questions regarding claims/payment status and liaises with other staff to resolve the received inquiries.
- Interacts with customers by phone or email to ensure the delivery of efficient, effective, and courteous service.
- Receives and processes customer data, reporting information and maintains the claims complaint log.
- Handles complaints concerning claims or services rendered and refers complaints of service failure to appropriate departments for investigation.
- Coordinates customers service needs with other departments, as required, to ensure proper delivery of the services.
