• Define and implement commercial and product strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and coordinate Sales, Product Development, Partner Channels, and Customer Support teams.
• Achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets with a focus on quality and customer experience.
• Develop sales plans, budgets, and growth initiatives.
• Manage strategic partnerships and explore new market opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Drive performance through KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Utilize ERP, CRM, and Power BI tools for analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Legal & Compliance, HR, and international teams.
• Represent Mogo Romania in cross-country initiatives and projects.

Requirements include over 10 years in commercial leadership within financial services, with 4–5 years in senior roles. Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills are essential, along with fluency in English.
