Job Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client;
• Anticipate, analyze, and identify client needs;
• Ensure project development by establishing its schedule;
• Collect and validate input data;
• Track change requests and validate technical guidelines in consultation with the client;
• Participate in proposal review;
• Participate in proposal negotiation;
• Validate cost estimates for studies and project execution;
• Manage the entire project (specifications, schedule development, execution of study phases, etc.) in collaboration with the client;
• Prepare internal and external activity reports, analyze results, and propose improvements;
• Identify deviations, report discrepancies, and propose corrective actions to the Project Manager;
• Support and keep the client informed through to project completion to ensure satisfaction;
• Verify and validate the client’s inspection reports;
• Ensure proper maintenance and completeness of the study file;
• Monitor project budgets;
• Ensure reporting to stakeholders (Team Leader, Project Manager, management, etc.);
• Monitor and support project performance management (based on key performance indicators);
• Deliver the product to the client;
• Organize, conduct, and facilitate meetings.

Requirements

• Graduated studies in mechanical engineering;
• General knowledge in the following areas: business development, project management and monitoring, negotiation and contract drafting;
• Knowledge of the methods of manufacturing, assembly and the principles of industrialization of a product;
• Good understanding of industrial technical drawings;
• Being able to estimate the realization costs and times;
• Knowledge of Romanian manufacturers network;
• Communication skills with suppliers;
• Rigour, initiative, sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge of English is mandatory, French is an advantage.
