Description

MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES

Contribute to the creation and further development of supplier performance monitoring tools.
Prepare and communicate monthly supplier performance evaluations to selected key suppliers.
Maintain and further develop an online training portal for suppliers.
Independently process supplier product and process change requests according to global procedures.
Lead cross‑functional meetings to assess risks related to supplier change requests (facilitation only).
Maintain collaborative working relationships across all relevant departments.
Support the SDQ team with administrative and coordination tasks related to supplier management

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of data analytics.
Additional qualification in quality engineering is a plus.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Experience working in international teams and matrix organizations.
Strong listening and communication skills; ability to coordinate across departments.
Project management skills.
Independent, structured, and detail‑oriented working style.
High resilience and flexibility.
