Role: Responsible for branch network coordination regarding POS acceptance
- Provide trainings, proper support and sales promotion campaigns in order to maximize performance and achieve the targets
- Analyse the activity results vs target, monitoring the sales progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Responsible for the budget achievement for the managed agencies.
- Market analysis(identification of market size, trends and potential, competition tracking)
- Maintaining the relationship with the existing merchants
- Acquisition of new strategic and major accounts merchants for the bank
- Increasing revenue and market share by achieving monthly sales targets according bank's strategies and objectives
- Permanently monitors performance and profitability indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Finance;
- Minimum of two year experience in card acquiring activity (POS and ecommerce);
- Good communication, business relationship, sales skills;
- Medium English level knowledge;
- Good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel;
- Driving license.
