We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist to extend our business in the GCC states. We operate some of the largest real estate web portals in five countries in Asia, and we are looking for Arabic-speaking colleagues to help us increase our market share. In your role, you will help build and increase our foothold in existing and new markets by locating, closing and developing business partnerships/relationships with real estate agencies.
Skills & Requirements
Bilingual English/Romanian and fluent Arabic speaker
Experience in sales, marketing or related field
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Conduct research on specific markets to identify potential business partners
Proactively initiate and engage calls to new prospects
Pitch our products and services
Support our partners to list and manage their properties on our real estate web portals
Maintain fruitful relationships with existing partners and customers
Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs
