We are looking to recruit a Business Developer with great sales/account management and communication skills.
The ideal candidate for this role is a hard-working, reliable professional whom we can trust to manage all sales-related activities. Furthermore, they are a smart and interesting person that is able to communicate with different level of positions and is willing to earn a high salary by using a proven network of decision-makers.
We expect a determined individual who can start selling from day 1 and who is looking for long-term cooperation.
The candidate would be working from home at the beginning. Once they prove successful, an office will be established in the given country (around 6 months after the beginning of the contract). It is preferable that the candidate is located in or near one of the main cities where most of the major clients are also situated. No car will be needed at the beginning since all communications with clients will be done over the phone and via emails.

We are looking for an expert with vast experience in B2B sales and Account Management in the Translation industry in Romania.
• Excellent English, level - native or equivalent. Other languages (Dutch, German, Scandinavian languages) are an advantage.
• Vast experience in B2B sales, business development, and Account Management
• Proven sales experience (4 or 5 years) in the field of Translation and Localization with a wide networking experience with decision-makers
• Excellent communication skills

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/clinical trials sector.
• Management capabilities.
• Speaking other languages.
In the beginning, we prefer working with someone that owns or is willing to set up an SRL or PFA.
