Business Controller
Location: Focșani, Romania
Relocation package: Available, if needed
- University degree in Economics / Business Administration or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in a finance-related role
- At least 1-2 year of experience in financial controlling (experience in a multinational company is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Result-oriented with attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced English.
- Participate in financial analysis and support the budgeting process
- Contribute to financial planning activities and monitor budget execution
- Perform regular financial analyses (costs, revenues, margins, variances vs. budget)
- Support forecasting activities and analyze financial and sales performance
- Prepare periodic financial reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Logistics, etc.) for data collection and validation
- Monitor compliance with internal procedures and highlight potential deviations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of financial/IT projects
- Assist in preparing financial presentations and management reports.
