What will you bring to the team?


• Previous experience with Oracle R12
• Previous experience in O2C
• AR Ledger
• Good English knowledge
• Availability to travel-around 30% of the job (adjusted to the current COVID context)


Main responsibilities:
The standard processes are implemented, in line with the project expectations and internal control
requirements.
* Document the current processes on its perimeter
* Identify and challenge the main differences between the target (process and activities) and the
zones / countries / entities
* Analyze and document the advantages and disadvantages of the differences between processes
* Document the disagreement points for arbitration by the R2R Group Engineering Team (BPL/ LPE /
PE).
The standard organizational model is implemented in accordance with the project expectations
* Document the current organization for the processes of its perimeter
* Document and share the target organization (Reference: Standard R2R organization model) with
the Regional, Time Zone and Conduent
* The activity transfer plan is defined, shared and implemented
* Standard RACIs are shared between all contributors.
The Oracle R12 "Standard" Core System (OPE) is implemented in accordance with project
expectations
* An analysis of the gap between the functionalities of the Core System and the needs of each
company is carried out
* Identify and challenge the main differences between the target (ERP Functionalities) and the zones
/ countries / entities
* Analyze and document the advantages and disadvantages for each request of customization
* Document points of disagreement for arbitration by the R2R Group Engineering Team (BPL / LPE /
PE)
* Data taken-on strategy is defined
* Data taken-on is tested in different environments and systems are reconciled
* The interface strategy with local systems is defined and interface needs are issued.
* The test plan is defined and organized: the solution is tested in different environments and any
bugs are identified and prioritized for correction
* User access is issued in accordance with Group rules and job segregation matrix.
Define and implement the change management strategy in his domain
* Define and implement the associated change management plan (Change matrix)
* Produce training documentation for the Core System and train the deployment teams
* Provide support for deployment teams and key users, until the end of the stabilization phase, post
go-live.
