As a Business Data Analyst you will develop deep understanding of our clients’ data, providing customized reporting solutions, managing client requirements and providing solutions to our client's data analysis needs. 


  • Undergraduate degree 
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or BI Analyst
  • Fluency in English at proficient level. Previous full-time education taught in English or previous full-time employment in a country of official English language are an advantage
  • SQL Proficiency
  • Experience working on Power BI and Power Automate
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Excel (preferably with VBA)
  • Extra points: Big Query, Power Apps, Sharepoint, DBA activities exposure
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • Keen eye for detail and flexibility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment



  • Gather and review requirements to provide top level reporting solutions, based on clients’ available data and tools
  • Extract, transform and load clients’ data accordingly to their needs
  • Develop new reports and enhance existing ones
  • Support the growth of the Data Analytics department by actively looking for opportunities and being part of Business Development actions
  • Manage projects progress internally and directly with clients
  • Prepare roadmaps and presentations for clients and internal and end-user documentation
  • Ensure that every team deliverable meets the requirements, always aiming for balance between strong details and timely execution
