• Lead and manage the account managers team, ensuring client satisfaction through effective development, budget management, and service execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, resolving issues, and identifying business opportunities.
• Oversee projects and accounts, ensuring timely and organized delivery of client services and solutions.
• Efficiently plan, operate, and produce events, coordinating with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to the planning process, taking on responsibilities as assigned.
• Create impactful presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate actively in operations, both onsite and offsite, as needed.

Skills required include a minimum of 3 years in advertising agency activities and 2 years in BTL Events Management. A driving license is necessary, along with availability for overtime and weekend work, and a willingness to travel.
