We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Brand Specialist who can turn creative ideas into impactful campaigns. If you have a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach, and a love for technology and lifestyle brands, this is your chance to make a difference.

Your Role

• Develop and implement annual strategic objectives and communication plans for assigned brands.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and PR teams to create and execute engaging campaigns.
• Monitor the market and competition, identify trends, target audiences, optimize brand performance.
• Build and manage brand presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), using both regional and locally created content.
• Engage with users through comments and messages, providing timely and professional responses.
• Develop creative content ideas (text, visuals, videos) and execute them with excellence.
• Collaborate with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders to boost brand awareness.
• Plan and execute corporate brand events, both online and offline, to strengthen brand positioning and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare presentations and reports on brand performance for management.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech or SDA industry.
• Multi-brand experience and a talent for crafting compelling brand stories.
• Excellent English and Romanian communication skills.
• Strong creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Solid project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Confident, diplomatic, and a natural networker.
