• Prepare and generate invoices for software subscriptions, support services, and BPO operations based on contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and usage data;
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding payments and follow up with clients on overdue invoices;
• Investigate and resolve billing errors, disputes, and other discrepancies in a timely and professional manner;
• Generate and distribute weekly or monthly billing reports and metrics for management review;
• Assist in streamlining and improving existing billing procedures and processes;
• Ensure all billing practices comply with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial area (O2C roles preferably);
• Good command of spoken and written English and Spanish - minimum B2 level;
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma;
• Proficiency with billing and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks);
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to document standardized processes;
• A client-centric attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
