This position is an organic mix of Business Intelligence and Development that requires cross-team collaboration (Analytics & Development teams).
Applying statistical, algorithmic, data mining, and visualization techniques to model complex problems, find opportunities, discover solutions, and deliver actionable business insights;
Developing and implementing key features based on data-driven decisions;
Understanding or learning cybersecurity domain problems and generate hypotheses;
Generating and delivering data-driven insights for product management;
Being in constant communication with team members and other meaningful parties and convey results efficiently and clearly;
Owing to your projects and using this autonomy to find creative and innovative ways of solving problems and delivering solutions.
Strong programming fundamentals;
2+ years of work experience on production projects and automation (C++/C#/Java/Python/R, etc.);
Big Plus: Big Data Technologies (Spark/Cassandra, etc.);
Big Plus: Search technologies (Lucene/ElasticSearch/SOLR, etc.);
A strong background in advanced mathematics, in particular in probability theory and statistics, data mining, and machine learning;
You must be able to think critically, to look at the big picture and spot what is missing, taking advantage of it to propose improvements and deliver business insights;
Demonstrated data transformation and manipulation experience;
Nice to have: Networking fundamentals;
Be open to receiving constructive feedback;
Adaptable and open to change with strong collaboration skills;
