By being part of this team, you will work in a hybrid setup, from Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, at our office in Iasi.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Respond to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate;
• Comply with Accenture standards, procedures and policies, as well as regulatory requirements (e.g., regulations related to recoveries of debit balances);
• Execute transactions;
• With minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system;
• Audit own data entry for accuracy & make needed corrections
• Conduct data verification;
•  File, archive and retrieve documents (paper-based and electronic) using filing standards;
• Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates. Adhere to client formatting and quality standards. Proof and edit work for syntax, grammar and punctuation;
• Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results and compiling in requested form.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Advanced level of Italian ( B2-C1) and a medium level of English (B2);
• Ability to work proactively and independently;
• Ability to deliver real value to customers and emphasizing results over activities;
• Banking knowledge, nice to have;
• Detail and number-oriented personality;
• Excel knowledge would be preferable;
• Little or no previous work experience? Not a problem, as you will have access to extensive training and work side by side with experienced colleagues;
• Bachelor's Degree may be needed.
