Key skills and qualifications
* Relevant experience in admin/secretarial sector
* Strong communication skills as the job is centered on communication with colleagues and public authorities
* Time and task priority management abilities
* High level of primary accounting knowledge
* Excellent computer skills, especially typing both in Romanian and English and MS Office proficiency
* High attention to details
* Handling office related tasks, such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning documents, preparing documents for submission with various state authorities, etc.
* Analyzing the balance for employees advances and payments on behalf of the client
* Maintain the communication with the accounting department
* Make all the weekly payments
* Provide administrative support to different departments
