Key Responsibilities:

• Program and maintain PLCs using Siemens, Beckhoff, and Allen-Bradley platforms;
• Develop software for automated machines, robotic systems, and production equipment;
• Commission, install, and upgrade automated production lines and control systems;
• Integrate and configure automation components such as sensors, actuators, servo drives, and industrial robots;
• Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime;
• Analyze production processes and implement automation improvements;
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions;
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation;
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for automation systems;
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards (IATF 16949) and safety regulations;
• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and mechanical engineering teams;
• Support energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field;
• 2–5+ years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in automotive or manufacturing;
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial communication protocols;
• Hands-on experience with automation systems, robotics, and control equipment;
• Familiarity with servo systems, motors, and industrial sensors;
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and technical drawings;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good command of English;
• Willingness to travel for initial training at the beginning of the project, prior to equipment installation on-site.
