What we're looking for :

We are looking for an Audiologist / Acoustic Technician who wants to work in a structured environment and grow professionally in a modern hearing care organization.

Proven track record in hearing aid fitting or medical retail is a strong advantage.

What you will do :

Your role will combine clinical hearing care, consultative sales and long-term patient support.

Your responsibilities will include:

Hearing diagnostics

• Performing hearing assessments (pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry)
• Conducting otoscopy and tympanometry when needed
• Evaluating hearing loss and identifying appropriate solutions

Hearing aid fitting

• Programming and fitting hearing aids using manufacturer software
• Adjusting devices during the trial period
• Supporting patients during the adaptation process

Patient consultation

• Explaining hearing loss and treatment options
• Recommending the most appropriate hearing solutions
• Presenting hearing aid technology and accessories

Trial management

• Managing the hearing aid trial process
• Monitoring patient adaptation and satisfaction
• Ensuring successful outcomes

Documentation & compliance

• Maintaining patient records and medical documentation
• Issuing sales and warranty documentation
• Ensuring compliance with medical device regulations

Inventory & operations :

• Monitoring hearing aid and accessory stock
• Coordinating with the central warehouse
• Sending devices for service when needed

Team collaboration

• Working closely with reception staff for scheduling
• Collaborating with management on performance and operations
• Participating in internal training and development

Your success will be measured through a combination of:
