🛠 Responsibilities

• Support the full life cycle of healthcare market research projects
• Work closely with Research Managers, Operations, Sales, and clients
• Provide clear and proactive client communication and fieldwork updates
• Ensure sampling, setup, and fielding meet project targets
• Track progress and help resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
• Organize and maintain project files and documentation

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Social Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or related)
• 1–2 years experience in market research, project coordination, or similar role
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Able to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
• Reliable computer/laptop and fast internet connection
• Willingness to learn quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Looking for a stable, long-term role (not short-term online gigs)
