Asistent Manager | Import-Export & Logistică

We are looking for an organized professional with a strong command of the English language.

As an Assistant Manager, you will keep administrative and logistical processes moving. You will manage document workflows and communicate with partners to ensure seamless import operations.

Responsabilități:

• Management & Invoicing: Issuing invoices, and data entry using SAGA software.
• Import Documentation: Verifying the set of documents required for import procedures.
• Customs Coordination: Working closely with the customs broker to streamline the clearance process.
• Logistics: Maintaining contact with clients , warehouses and transport companies to monitor freight flow.
• General Support: Providing administrative assistance to the management team.
• Providing general administrative assistance and acting as a substitute for the Manager in certain situations, ensuring business continuity.

Cerințe:

• English Language: Advanced level (written and spoken) is a must.
• Software Experience: Proficiency in SAGA (represents a major advantage).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately verify accounting and shipping documents.
• Communication: Strong coordination skills for dealing with logistical partners.
• Attitude: A proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized individual.
