As an Area Sales Manager for TAVI sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving objectives in your designated region. Represent Meril with integrity and align with our strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with representatives to develop and enhance sales plans and activities.
  • Ensure certification of centers, physicians, and staff according to Meril SOPs.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders and provide comprehensive education on device handling and implantation.
  • Continuously improve training materials and tools based on clinical experience and guidelines.
  • Conduct training sessions for physicians and hospital staff on investigational products and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support to medical staff during commercial procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Mentor new Field Clinical Specialists and support their development.
  • Implement growth strategies in key accounts in collaboration with Sales Management.
  • Drive new product sales and support marketing during product development and launches.
  • Align with Sales Leaders to prioritize opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage sales expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in cardiology or interventional cardiology.
  • Higher education in Life Sciences or Biotechnology is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and adaptable to change.
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel.
