The Application and support Analyst will assist in the daily support of two applications that we currently have built. The support will primarily consist of working on the phone with customers as well as tracking software bugs and problems until resolution. In addition to these duties the candidate will also be a resource to help with many of our training functions, including but not limited to, training content development, and potentially technology training delivery.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle support calls from clients on two in house applications Encoretech has developed
- Track all issues to resolution, working with the development team as well as our customers to ensure resolution
- Keep track of known issues and bugs in the system for future development releases
- Assist in creating training content for eLearning
- Capable of making articles for support as well as other training materials
- Ensure that all the training materials produced are consistent with identified needs, are easy to understand and use by users
- Carries out research on a wide variety of existing software topics and solutions to ensure an innovative product in line with market requirements
