Application Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Application Support Specialist to join us as a member in a partner's project distributed support team. As an Application Support Specialist, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise software applications and providing exceptional support to the business users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the internal users of an enterprise application
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Perform root cause analyses
  • Prepare and update reports and dashboards summarising application issues
  • Consolidate issues and improvements
  • Collaborate with the development teams to enhance application performance, usability and new features implementation. Support Spring planning sessions
  • Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles. Improve ways of working.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of applications support experience via chat/shared mailbox/ticketing tool
  • Very familiar with incident management processes and tickets handling
  • Experience with reporting and business intelligence (data visualization/dashboards creation)
  • Previous work with Power BI is a must
  • Strong MS Excel know-how
  • Agile processes familiarity and good collaboration skills with various stakeholders, including development teams
  • Understanding of end-to-end application flows and ability to optimise and document processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities using English language.
