Application Level 2 Support Engineer

We are seeking for a talented Application Level 2 Support Engineer to join our team that will play a crucial role in new integration projects and will ensure a smooth operation of our Electronic Data Interchange system, providing technical support to both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete new integrations projects or add new services to existing projects
• Provide technical support for our EDI system and the connected software applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference purposes.
• Participate in the testing and implementation of software upgrades and enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to optimise application usage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required.
• SQL knowledge, experience with XML formats and general IT skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
