Our Shared Services Centre - EY Global Services (Poland) Sp. z . started operations in January 2011 in Wroclaw. As GDN Poland our center provides services which include Finance & Accounting, People Shared Services, Knowledge, Program Execution Services, Business and Creative Services and IT Services. We support our clients in 11 European languages: Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Spanish, Swedish and Polish. As of today, GDN Poland is the only EY GDN entity in Europe. It provides high quality and value-added support to our customers who are EY member firms, working to agreed principles of exceptional client service. Currently the center is seeking candidates for the position Application Delivery Manager EY Global Services Limited ("EYGS") is currently implementing a suite of Microsoft products, including Outlook Exchange, Lync and SharePoint. The scope of the SharePoint element is to deliver a common enterprise platform, with a number of common components, services and business applications. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for Delivery of SharePoint application development (including enhancement of core components and services). Qualifications: Responsibilities: Define the strategy for operating the SharePoint Solution Centre and any changes to this through the duration of the Services Ensure the supplier works to the agreed delivery model in the Statement of Work Define and agree opportunities for delivery efficiency and continuous improvement and to implement these where they are agreed Manage the overall governance processes on behalf of the SPSC for the delivery projects within the SPSC Manage the escalation of any issues and risk that cannot be resolved at an operational level Management of program/project process stages (demand and pipeline, initiate, plan, elaborate, design, build, test, implement, monitor and control and close) Management of the supporting processes (. scope, cost, quality, time, issue, risk, dependencies, resource, communication, stakeholder management) Stakeholder relationship management including engagement and facing off to senior stakeholders across the business and IT Management of large global teams (including Offshore/nearshore teams) Vendor relationship management Driving impact of IT delivered Business Change Adherence to and enhancements of Industry and EY standard SDLCs (. Waterfall, Iterative and Agile) and governance processes (as applicable) Monitors and manages program/project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned - scope, budget and schedule - manages variances Proactively identify risks and issues on programs/projects - leading team to develop risk management and issues management plans Creates and implements strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget; Identifies potential causes of missed deliverables and puts into effect lessons learned Anticipates problems before they occur; defines the problem or risk, identifies possible causes, works with team to identify solutions, selects and implements most appropriate solution Develop and manage plans to address program/project strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats Lead program/project teams consisting of cross functional, global, and virtual groups Directly supervises staff within reporting line as well as matrix teams; assigning responsibility to members and monitoring Requirements: 15 years in a corporate IT environment 10 years of experience in program/project/portfolio management of which at least 5 years spent on delivering programs/projects with annual spend of more than $10m per annum Other relevant experience in a related technical field (application development, deployment/implementation and infrastructure) Work experience in a professional services and/or global IT consulting industries preferred Experience of development in SharePoint (2013 preferred) and exposure to Lotus Notes application landscape Experience of managing large/complex IT programs/projects with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost, typically more than $10m in annual spend Expertise of program/project management methodology, tools and templates (includes program/project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management) with extensive experience of delivery with supplier, off-shore and global teams Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises Extensive experience in managing to contract; ensuring clients and suppliers alike perform in accordance with original agreement Experience across packaged and bespoke systems and infrastructure, ideally on an international basis Management skills to manage one or more large, complex programs/projects simultaneously Strong team working skills across matrixed client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills (includes negotiation) Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing Direct supervision and support provided by an experienced Program Leader, usually on a weekly or as needed basis Manager is expected to be self-driven and motivated, lead and act independently to deliver program/project to schedule, budget and scope; support will be provided from an experienced program Leader as required and requested International travel may be required (up to 25%) progress A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience Program management certification is preferred (PgMP or MSP) Ability to balance both the "science" of how to perform program/project management and the "art" of program/project management, which is learned through experience and skill training/application Analytical skills and problem solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a program/project simultaneously Demonstrate business analytics to manage and meet sponsor and stakeholder needs We offer you: Attractive salary Possibility of participating in interesting projects Work in a professional, dynamic, truly global team Development opportunities in international multilingual environment Attractive social package (Sport card, medical insurance, life insurance, wellness & spa program, sport events and many others)
