Job description

• Planning, organizing and monitoring shipments
• Handle daily documentation/operations
• Receive shipping orders and arrange bookings with carriers
• Close communication and cooperation with clients and providers
• Coordinate with overseas offices for shipments planning and arrangement
• Ensure the smooth flow of the movement of shipments, and solving any discrepancies that might occur 
• Willingness to assume responsibility
