As an AI Application Development Engineer, you’ll be driving the creation of an intelligent project management and training platform built on cutting-edge AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in order to understand corporate knowledge, assist in project decision-making, and empower employee growth while enhancing the standardization, intelligence, and overall capability of the company's project management and you’ll help raise the standard of intelligence, efficiency, and collaboration across the company by embedding AI into our workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications using advanced algorithms and state-of-the-art technologies;
• Partner closely with research and development teams and product owners to identify product needs and opportunities for improvement;
• Test, debug, and optimize AI applications to ensure high performance and reliability;
• Create a RAG-based corporate knowledge system for smart access to project data and historical documentation;
• Design and refine AI prompts that support project planning, real-time progress tracking, and early risk detection;
• Develop a voice-interactive AI training module that tracks performance, delivers instant feedback, and supports employee growth;
• Document the development process and provide technical support to end users;
• Integrate APIs such as OpenAI or ElevenLabs to unlock advanced AI capabilities;
• Work in an Agile (Scrum) environment: sprint planning, stand-ups, iterative releases, and continuous improvement;

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles;
• Proven experience in AI application development and working with machine learning algorithms;
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++;
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js with substantial project experience;
• English proficiency is mandatory;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Excellent and clear communication skills;
• Prior experience in a Technical Lead or similar role within a Scrum team is highly preferred;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting;
• Minimum of 3 years of professional full-stack development experience, with a proven track record of independently leading or being a core contributor to the successful delivery of at least one medium-to-large scale software project;
• A university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field;
