Descrierea jobului

Planificarea şi pregătirea discuţiilor telefonice cu clienţii existenţi şi prospectaţi;
Promovarea şi vânzarea serviciilor Terminalului Portuar ;
Participarea activă la campaniile de marketing organizate de companie, contactând clienţii ţintă;
Se asigură că toţi clienţii din portofoliu sunt contactaţi în mod regulat;
Propune soluţia logistica cea mai potrivita clientului în funcţie de necesarul acestuia;
Medierea permanentă a relaţiei dintre client şi departamentele operaţionale;
Păstrarea relaţiilor solide cu clienţii alocaţi şi răspunsul prompt la solicitările acestora - telefonic şi prin e-mail;
Ofera suport clienti in functie de situatiile aparute
Colaborarea constantă cu Directorul Comercial.
Colaborarea constanta cu Departamentul Operational.

Candidatul Ideal

Experienţă în domeniul operării portuare (comercial) - minimum 2 ani;
Limba engleză : scris & vorbit - nivel avansat;
Absolvent(a) de invatamant superior
Cunostinţe PC: Pachet Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Orientat/ă spre rezultate şi pasionat/ă de vânzări;
Orientare către client;
Abilităţi de comunicare şi negociere;
