Hi! We're looking for an Affiliates Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team for our client Winbet. The mission here is managing the activity of the affiliates for the company's online platform.

Experience
•    Experience in digital marketing 
•    Good understanding of digital tools
•    English fluent
•    Considered a plus experience in gambling industry and affiliates.

Competences & Skills
•    Excellent communication skills;
•    Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing customer data
•    Ability to manage multiple activities and work independently
•    Experience in Affiliates area is considered a plus.
•    Basic understanding of: HTTP, Web Browser data storage and manipulation methods (web cookies, local storage) – considered a plus
•    An analytical and detail-oriented person
•    Willing to learn new things and to adapt through a dynamic business model
•    Open to learn new tools

Job responsibilities
•    searching and identify new opportunities for affiliated partnerships
•    monitoring affiliate activity to ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines in all online channels
•    to ensure that the contractual obligations are being fulfilled
•    to keep affiliates updated on promotional changes
•    to build, maintain and update tracking links
•    create accounts and make the onboarding process for new affiliates
•    to monitor and ensure the correct representation of the company’s products on affiliated traffic sources (websites)
•    monitoring competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
•    making sure everything is tracked correctly
•    to constantly monitor and ensure the quality of affiliated customers’ experience in collaboration with other department managers (CRM, Sales and Security)
•    content management for affiliates campaigns (preparing briefs for the content team) for newsletters, landing page or banners for affiliates, if necessary
•    to inform affiliates all the specifications about new promotions and to deliver them all the materials

•    to work with the CR Manager in identifying optimal promotional offers for affiliated customers
