ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are looking for a person with a high level of professionalism, complex personality, with vision and persuasion, a person who will work with all the departments within the company in order to assure the optimal running of the operational and administrative activities.
➢ General management of the office (protocol, consumables, IT equipment, cleaning supplier) and partial HR responsibilities ( tally-sheet for the personnel, vacation applications)
➢ Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, books hotel rooms
➢ Preparing specialized papers, drafting correspondence, as required
➢ Working with the accounting department in document’s management: evidence invoices, cash register’s management, entering payments in the electronic system, organizing and delivering related documents, issuing other requested reports
➢ Working with database and creating different reports, as required
➢ Managing the relation with suppliers, IT and equipment providers, keeping the contract’s database updated, tracking contracts, expiration date, renewal
➢ Identifying suppliers and presenting the best offers to the administration
➢ Keeping track of internal/external documents and ensuring their integrity and preservation
➢ English language – advanced level
➢ University degree
➢ Should have strong knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet use
➢ Should have experience of minimum 3 years in similar positions
